Only a guess but I would say the 2nd half is the half RIO is asking contestants to pick the winner of (with a line of St Louis -2.5).

last week it was 1st half, but it's correlated to picking half score. Other props list 1st half.

I grade the contest, but to be honest, i'm not sure which they mean either, would rather have their answer
