What I am trying to point out to your management is this rule should be waived if the customer could not meet the previous rollover requirement because they lost.

I had a WD of $2500, much earlier, and 2 re-ups of $500 since , which crapped out ( both getting gifts). I was denied the Thanksgiving deal. Re-upped again for $500, got coffee quick, but crapped out.

I have to lose another dime before they give me cash, that's fine ! I'm happy if I send them $500, get a gift, and bet something like NE -9.5 there, and Miami +10.5 +100 at SIA. I like to lose at Skybook !

They are a great book. I like several books, Skybook is just one. Y'all know who I really am a shill for.

The point I want to make here is Skybook is apparently making a poor business decision by discouraging reups by their losing players (who lost their funds and thus cannot make their original rollover requirement) and rewarding additional reup bonues to their winning players, who won enough to make their rollover requirement.

Every book I have ever dealt with will give a liberal reup bonus if you busted out your last deposit, or are doing poorly in general. ( I definitely fit in that catogory, I have dropped about 7 dimes there in the past month and am a lifetime loser there). That is the consideration for getting new business. If Skybook does not want new blood from me and players like me, we willl just take the business elsewhere. There are plenty of safe books willing to offer me 10-20% reeup bonuses if I lost my last deposit with them WITHOUT making the rollover requirement on that lost deposit. Such a policy recognizes the obvious---you CANNOT MAKE THE ROLLOVER REQUIREMENT IF YOU LOST THE MONEY FIRST.

I really like Skybook, though. Too bad they only want business from winners.

And to think there were people yesterday taunting and making dumb comments to Fishhead about this very policy. I thought it was Skybook that told me about the never-ending rollover requirement, but wasn't 100% sure. Still that is its decision and like PPeter players can certainly take their money elsewhere. As long as they don't promise one thing and then change the rules midstream I have no problem with it.

For most books I would say this is a crazy policy, but Skybook gives lots of bonuses even with the free half-points. Hard to complain too much about them.

The BONUS POLICY, should NEVER (or rarely) discourage 'NEW MONEY'.... especially if said 'NEW MONEY' comes from a lifetime losing customer....

I am sure he will respond when he gets in.....Skybook is a class book, and I am sure they will do what they can...At least give them a chance to clarify the policy, and what "other" options are available....

I agree, hard to rollover money you have already lost....

I would think they would want to get new money from losers, rather than people that have beat them to death...

I don't see the point in even having the promo if probably 95% of your customers don't qualify for it (excluding those who have not met prior rollover requirements on old money or took recent withdrawals).

Behind every marketing decision done by a company there are usually motives. I could see some motives behind this, but won't bother getting into them. I would think though if you called them up and said you were willing to subject yourself to the additional rollover requirements if they gave you the bonus to cover what you didn't cover before they would be willing to work with you. The woman on the live chat has zero authority to do anything but follow the rules to the letter.

Although I hear your pain from having to wait for an extended period of time on the cell........Skybook is FAR from a shiity book.

Been with them for YEARS, and quite frankly, find it astonishing that people know about them and the free half point and do not take advantage of it.
