my guess is that the line is based on AU's "game of the season" at Notre Dame. They led through much of the game and at one point made 11 striaght shots. I don't think this says as much about AU as it does about Notre Dame's overall poor performance in this game. AU ended up losing by four. I know nothing about Pep. Seems logical that AU might have given its best shot against the Irish, and they've been playing on the road for sometime now. Still this is probably a better team now than it was a month ago when it lost to Maryland by 31.
Hawaii and college hoops go together like meatballs and peanut butter..There's always a high degree of unpredictability w/ teams playing there, which usually favors the underdog..
