Should there be a General Discussion Forum?

I look through some of the threads in this forum and see talk about baseball, college football, NFL, Kobe and Howard Stern. Yet I look at the title of the forum and see that it is "Offshore Sportsbooks/Casinos". I can't help but wonder about those who come to this forum wanting to discuss those topics only to have to page through a couple pages of other topics.

I am not complaining. This forum suits me just fine since I don't read much about offshore stuff. I was just thinking a general discussion forum would be a good place for people to post general stuff while allowing the offshore forum to be about topics related to offshore subjects.

That question has been asked many times Sir. At times the offshore forum does have a few more non sports related posts then it should. But it has a life of its own at times and we try to let it go thru the ebb and flow. But you have a great question and im interested in seeing others views on it

My opinion is: if it ain't broke, don't fix it. If people find it annoying or complain then I guess the issue should be raised but I haven't heard anyone complaining lately.
