Also he has a young receiving corp..some of these picks are miscommunication and more the WR's fault than the QB...

Before Favre look how long Green Bay was mediocre at best...all of the 70's and 80's they were no better than an average team, barely sniffing the playoffs...and usually one of the leagues worst teams...Like Elway when he left Denver, I expect a similar drop off....Mike Shanahan no longer a genius without John Elway..

favre is one of the best ever and will never be a backup. Whoever said that he lost his armstength is crazy. Most of those picks last night were from balls that were thrown so hard they were tipped

How can you not love this guy as an athlete?

Only if he is tired of the game. If not, he should continue.

I think he is one of the best Quarterbacks ever to play the game. Terry Bradshaw wasnt too shabby in his days, I know he had great receivers, but he was good. Bradshaw said Favre is the best he"s ever seen. the way everybody is talking that Favre was never great. he will go to Hall of Fame, dont bet nobody he want, because you will lose.

He is fine when not liquored up

I thought you weren't supposed to make posts when you are drunk. Follow your own advice. If your not drunk then you are just stupid.

Thinking about it, it's probably both however.

I dont want this guy on my team. Since he won the SB hes had 19 ints 13 TD in 10 playoff games averaging 250 passing yards. He plays like a rookie in the playoffs!

Brett is not a smart QB. Too many INTs and dumb silly mistakes

Should Brett Farve start thinking of retiring??

I think he should start thinking about it....he is very unstable you either get a great game from him or a horrid game....you never know with that guy

Obvisously you watched that game against the Vikings and heard way to much of what those morons in the booth were saying, but did you see what makes Brett Farve, Brett Farve? DID you see Farve go after that guy who "he thought" gave his teammate a cheapshot? This is the Farve I know and love, a team player who plays with his heart and soul...

They will have to drag Farve off the field...

I also don't feel he washed up,I think he's got atleast 2 more years in him...

I'm not sure what everybody else is looking at but the Physical skills are still there. The problem is Sherman is putting him in a bad position to succeed. I don't know of another coach in the league that would have their QB make some of the plays their asking Favre to make. He is forcing some of those throws in bad coverage, but Sherman is calling the plays. Hate to say it but this wasn't happening any where as much when Holmgren was there, and I'm not a Holmgren fan at all
