No matter how unwarranted it is, imo there is some kind of irrational fear here that some capper is going to file a lawsuit for

big bucks for posting the name of a college or university without express permission to do so!!

I can understand the logic and paranoia of writeups being posted under some kind of copyright infringement, buy imo

no fucking way that anyone should be concerned about anyone's opinion as to who is going to cover the pointspread!!

I will gladly admit I am incorrect if someone can cite me a case with details of a handicapping service that successfully sued a sports

gambling forum for disclosing its plays!!
