where does it say SMART money in this thread??? It's "service plays". That means plays people pay for from touts that give those loud annoying claims and have about 10 GOY in one year.

There is a lot of money on the over....this is always the case with the Sunday and Monday night games, but with a line like 49, with these two "prolific offensive teams", why is it where it is. I would have expected higher.
