Bowl Record: 4-0
NFL this week: 2- 0

Today's game is ND/Hawaii, from what I have seen, the play will be Hawaii. I will update as soon as I have some reliable information. There were some touts already on ND today, but I need to check back.

BOL to everyone as always.

nice work fur, keep it going

Only trying to provide people with information. This time of year is a cash cow for bookies, and with more information, we will beat them.

I guarantee I will lose a decent amount of games this bowl season, but the goal is to come out ahead in the end.

I know you said you've followed the tout tally the past couple of years and did pretty good with it but do you bet the same amount each game? Or are there a couple games that just look too good and you just bet a little bit more on it?

There will be a few games that I will bet more on. They will be later in the bowl season when I see something that is very "off". It was the same in the NCAA tournament. 2 games that I should have bet more on were this Boise St game, and the South FL game.

The tallies were way, way off. There will be a few more that are like that. Normally during the Sweet 16 and Elite 8, games are like that as well.

I try to not suggest people bet more on one "tout tally" than another, because I still think money management is the best winner of all.

I honestly go to sleep before a lot of these games are over, and trust my plays, and I sleep soundly without thinking about it. You will kill yourself if you worry about every game you bet.

:missingte You got that right! The past couple of months I've been trying to follow that same approach when wagering on games. Trying to bet the same amount on each game and not stress out while watching the game if something bad happens early into the game. It makes it alot easier on you sometimes when you don't watch it.

100% easier. It's funny, I didn't watch the end of the Arizona/BYU game, the Baltimore/Dallas game, or the Southern Miss/Troy game....didn't care, I had my bet in and it was gonna win or lose. My life was gonna go on the next day regardless. It's nice to wake up with winners, but either way, I was happy with my bet.

I know that I will lose some bets in the next week, and it's somewhat of a curse that I haven't yet, because there will be people that think this method is invincible, and blame me for losing....

It is what it is, and you go on.

I'm looking at tomorrow's game and have a lean to Hawaii, but I also see that Notre Dame and Hawaii both have not stopped anyone on defense.....let us know what the touts say about the O/U......I'm leaning Over 49, but want to know what the tout tally is before i lay the coinage down......

Thanks for posting this info....

Now that i go back....it doesn't seem this method is quite as reliable on totals, but I was just glancing......how has the record been with regards to totals?

It's not reliable on totals unless there is a HUGE difference. Tonight there were a good amount of touts on the under and it won. I hate to say exactly what I think about the totals, because it is a "feel" thing with these guys for me. I am not trying to sound arrogant, but I don't trust myself a lot either.

I normally need very, very few touts on one side, and a ton on the other to ever play it (Yesterday it was 20 over/4 under and I played under in the NFL game). I know that is a very vague answer, but it's rare that I will play an over/under based on the touts.

The main reason for this is that you don't get a big population on the over/under. You will get a better sample size on the side, and so that is what I trust.

I hope that helps.

yes it does....thanks for the info......I see that if Hawaii is the pick it will also go against a lot of respected posters on here, of course everyone was on TCU tonight, so........

I'm rolling with Hawaii and the under 48.5, although both lines are moving in my favor and if the touts all end up on ND we might end up getting +3....I haven't pulled the trigger yet but I will if it gets to 3......BOL BRO

Tally....

ND - 8
Hawaii - 3

Over - 2
Under -

I am assuming tonight's play will be very lopsided towards Notre Dame. It's already started out that way. I will be traveling tomorrow, but will do my best to update after 6pm.

I wish everyone safe travels, and a Merry Christmas.

I might be able to help if your getting updates from TIS. As long as someone other than yourself is doing the tallys there.

They normally do them Bullets. Sometimes I am the only one, but that's rare. I would appreciate it.

Furmanski - Am basically a lurker and usually don't read all the inputs. Just happened to read your comments and wanted to let you know that I love your outlook on betting games and then "forgetting about them". That's because I do the same. Once my bets are in, I go about doing my usual daily activities. Very rarely do I ever watch the games on TV ( have not watched a complete game all year) nor do I constantly check on scores. Then at the end of the day, I check my games which usually results in winning some and losing some. No fretting about losing big $$$ as I use strict money management (something I've learned from over 30 years of betting games) and rarely deviate from my same amount of $$$ bets per game. Another thing - a lot of guys love to bet "every game" especially with the influx of a football game on nearly every day. That, to me is foolish as there is no need to bet a game simply because it's the only football game for that day. So to prevent that, I always ask myself if I would play that weekday game if it was included in a full weekend slate. 9 times out of 10, the answer is NO. Just wanted to share my own thoughts and thank you for your comments. Keep up the good work.:103631605

Hey Furmanski! I need your help getting out of the hole. It seems like you doing pretty good so far in the bowl game. I should've pick Boise St. last night, but somehow gut feeling told me to take TCU. Anyways, need your opinion for tonights game. Hopefully I can dig myself out. Thanks
