Getting a few in before the line moves...will have analysis all day tomorrow and probably a little tonight

Wake -3---5 units

Mich St -5---2 units

I know, two road teams in conference , but Mich St is finally playing like everyone thought they were going to be playing in the beginning of the year and BC is getting WAYYYYY too much credit because they had a fluke win. They are not a good basketball team and with the exception of Rice this team is garbage. Also well aware that Wake is coming off a very big win and also on the road, but they are leaps and bounds ahead of BC in terms of talent. This line is a joke and there is no way Wake should lose this game. BC wins one game and all of a sudden they are a top ACC team? There are about 7 teams in the ACC better than BC.

Going to play more later but waiting on the line movements. Def will have a play on Ga Tech but it opened at 11 and is at 11.5 now. Hoping this one will keep climbing. Also like LSU -3.5 but am hoping this will eeeek its way down to 3. Like Penn at home +11 but have to cap this one a bit more, So Ill +9 but also have to look into this one a bit more and last but not least (love cuse +6.5) but will not have a play on it as I don't ever invest my money where my heart is.

I like LSU to bounce back tomorrow too. They are supposed to be a top Sec team and they do have talent. I expected them to lose at Bama and played bama on Sunday I just haven't seen Scar play at all this year. I know Downey is good and they played Baylor tough on the road, they might have even won that game i'm not sure. Need to do some more research..Cuse looks good tomorrow also and so does Wake..Everyone is going to be on Wake tomorrow though that scares me

I agree with Wake they are much more talented. But isnt this a huge let down spot for such a young team? BC should put forth a pretty game effort as they have looked awful since the big win. i'm on the play too but the spot their in calls for a pretty conservative play in my eyes. BOL to us though it should cash

Love Wake. They are a top ranked team and they know they are good. I don't think they will have a letdown after the UNC win like BC did. 2 totally different situations IMO.

theres a difference in BC's letdown vs Wakes letdown possibility. Wake is a very good basketball and went into the UNC game knowing if they played well they should win. I'm sure it was not a huge surprise to them when they beat UNC. Now they will just go on business as usual. When BC won they were just as shocked as anyone else. Then all of a sudden they thought they were a good team when in reality if you watch hoops a lot you know they are not a good team. All I'm trying to say is Wake is well aware of the "letdown" game, but I don't see it happening tonight. They have national title potential and slipping up tonight will hurt them big time in the publics eye. I say they blow BC out and keep winning eventually taking the number one spot in the upcoming week or two.

Ga Tech +11.5---2 units

Rutgers +10---2 units

Rutgers played Uconn tough for 30 minutes, played UNC tough for 30 minutes and just as impressive played Pitt tough for 30 minutes. Rutgers just gets worn down and runs out of energy and after spending the morning in Rutgers fan forums the issue has been apparently addressed. Conditioning was the focus of practice all week and I couldn't agree more with the coaches noticing the Gers weak spot. I think its a little late in the season to be getting into shape but we will see what happens when they have a fire lit under their asses. Cincy is not the type of team that will be relentless and ware you down. I can't imagine Cincy blowing this team out although they are capable of it. Rutgers seems to always be close and then just die. Don't think Cincy has the offensive fire power like Cuse, UNC, Pitt and UCONN to ware them down. Rutgers plays a full 40 tonight and get the cover

As for Ga Tech I see them being able to expose the Dukies one weakness. SIZE. They have the bigs to bang with them and ware them down. Duke also not exactly shooting the shit out of the ball. After watching them play a bunch of times it is clear to see that they are all streaky shooters. If one gets hot it seems to be contagious. I'm just gonna take the home team + the points toinight and hope Ga Tech can ware the Blue Devils down on the inside

cincinatti is the deepest team in the league. they spread out the minutes through 10 sometimes 11 players. rutgers better be in shape. i wouldn't touch this team away from the RAC, but hopefully they can cash for you.

Let's go Orange!:howdy:

I like the rutgers play due to the fact that cincy has been horrible lately. They have the athletes on the team to play with anyone but they have been shooting horribly.

That being said I could see them letting Rutgers stick around but I wouldn't be surprised at all if rutgers ran away with this one.

I'm gonna stay away.

Best of luck SA

go cusssssssssssssssssssse

As you can tell by my handle, I TOO am a DIE-HARD Cuse backer!!! Tonight worries me at G'Town....Line is telling us Orange are going to get killed tonight.....#8-ranked, (16-1) squad as a 6.5 point dog on road to lower-ranked team in a conference rivalry game.. GREATER Cuse teams have had its problems in our Nation's Capitol....I would NEVER bet against the Orange but G'Town would be the play if I wasn't a homer!!!

Rankings mean absolutely nothing...it's something the media can talk about. And as for us struggling in the nation's capitol...its been a while...we have had G'towns number going back a few years. not to mention this is the most talented team we have put on the floor in this little run. In all honesty I think SU wins this game straight up and thats not a homer statement. The line is a joke. Should be 3-4 max

I too have been watching Syracuse basketball RELIGIOUSLY for over 25 years...During my time on the hill, two of my good friends were basketball managers so I hung out socially at times with some of the players...I also co-hosted a talk show on Sunday nights with Rony Seikaly and Matt Roe at the student radio station... I sat press row during the 1987 Final Four in New Orleans, not to mention many games at the Dome and around the Big East.... I was at the 1996 and 2003 Final Four's and attend the Big East Tourney every year... In fact I was at the RAC in NJ watching them last Saturday night..My point being is I KNOW my SU basketball history..BUT as far as rankings, they DO MEAN something as Vegas uses them to help influence public opinion on a game...Take Monday night when higher-ranked ND was getting 6.5 points at lower-ranked Louisville...Over 70% of public was on ND -which is what they wanted....It took OT but VILLE covered which is what books thought would happen..Last night was the SAME scenerio as I stated in my prior post with higher-ranked CUSE squad getting 6.5 points at G'TOWN.....Also #25 Michigan getting 7 points at unranked ILLINOIS...Joe Public looks at those lines AS A GIFT and starts banging the CUSE and Michigan as HE sees highly ranked team GETTING points against a team that is below them...EASY WIN!!! NOT!!! It happens SO MANY times throughout the year in both CFB and CBB....It is something I have followed for many years...It doesn't cash everytime BUT more-often than not...gl
