A man convicted of molesting 15 kids under the age of 13 (including repeated molestation of a 7YO) will be released after just 4 years because he's been taking estrogen to prepare for his gender reassignment surgery. The system contends that now that he identifies as a woman his risk of reoffending is statistically lower because his testosterone levels are too low to have a high sex drive.

The Iowa Attorney General is a Democrat that has been in office since the Carter administration. He doesn't care if the state is "conservative by nature" he's there to advance his Liberal agenda...and Iowans JUST voted him in for 4 more years. I'm guessing the timing of this decision, 60 days after the election, had plenty to do with the situation. Maybe next election, 2023, the Republicans will actually run a candidate to oppose him?
