Given the right candidate I'd be looking to fill a mid-level position at a marketing company in Escazú.

Ideal candidate would possess:

1. Strong written and spoken English
2. Ability to work well under tight deadlines
3. Aptitude for marketing
4. Excellent familiarity with the offshore gaming industry
5. Light programming ability (i.e., some fluency with several of HTML, JavaScript ASP, PHP, Perl, .Net, etc.)
6. Modest facility with web design
7. Excellent references

Pay commensurate with experience.
