Why would anyone with no racist thoughts wonder what would be happening if Sebellius was Black? I doubt Russ wondered what would happen if Rumsfeld were Black when he resigned, or any of the other countless Cabinet resignations of white men and women over the years before Obama was in office. It's such an inane, stupid thought to have, if one isn't in any way racist. My only thought when I heard it was what took so long.
