Without having created a program, I usually see if a team was 3-0/4-0 v. another team in previous regular season going the old-fashioned "by hand" way...is there a site which does what you always could find for baseball, a grid with records of team v. team?

Thanks,

I do have a NBA database that has the last 17 seasons...

Here is a sample:

Database, Team Sample

I have team spreadsheets and with one quick sort, you can see how a team has done vs. an opponent for the last however-many games over the last 17 years...I do charge for it, but if you only need last year's data, that would be dirt cheap...

As far as online sites go, yes, covers will have the last 10 games h2h on the day of the games on the matchup link, as do other sites...

does your spreadsheet list the site and scores in reverse order or just wins/losses for that year's season series?

hmmm...I'm not particularly computer savvy...don't use Outlook Express and from my e-mail the Products@(your site) was rejected...here is what I wrote:

What I would like is the last two years of NBA with a listing of each team v. team season results. Perhaps it would appear like this?:

BOS CHA

ATL 77-105 A
96-101 H
84-105 A
98-101 H

105-94 H
82-87 H
101-100 A

I only hope to have results for in-conference matchups (without playoff games)...I just stuck in random scores there, but the 77-105 game would be the final regular season matchup between ATL and BOS...the 101-100 game would have been the first time they played in the 2006-7 season.

Is this possible and how much is fair for this?

Thanks,

Dolphin

in translation, the "CHA" was moved...that is supposed to be several spaces to the right of "BOS", starting a new column
