For all the MAGA concern over a politically motivated activist Judicial system the scotus just rebalanced power massively in favor of Judges. The clear positive here is it forces Congress to be much more detailed and focused in their bills and not leave everything up to the interpretation of corporate lawyers and government agencies.

i didn't click on the rumble links above but the easiest explanation would be something like the Biden Administration wants to ban gas stoves and then uses the EPA and other govt agencies to create egregious rules on Americans to enact this agenda, bypassing the House of Reps and Senate entirely. Now the judges will tell the EPA to go fuck themselves and force congress to do their job and create a bill with very specific rules and regulations to then be voted on by our lovely Representatives before it can become a law.

Think of how the ever-declining standards on car and truck emissions and mpg standards being used to destroy diesel engines and small pickups. The EPA is basically picking winners and losers in the automotive industry and, of course, they do this based on how much money special interest groups are paying them to be in the winning column. If challenged previously the court would always side with EPA because they have almost unlimited power in defining the motivation behind the policy but now the Judge must tell the EPA their opinion doesn't matter and only if congress can pass a bill with these ridiculous changes can they be passed into law.

on the surface it takes the power away from unelected bureaucrats and special interest groups and shifts it back to congress and the judicial system. if your opinion of judges and congress is as low as mine you will be skeptical however nobody should argue that special interest groups and lobbyists having less power is a bad thing

Lets say for example that Hillary has already faced a Tribunal and has been eliminated and that event has been recorded.
You cant tell the general public that kind of stuff as they wont get it at this point in time

But in the future when more people are awake to the crimes of the DS, REPLACEMENT Hillary could go on trial /tribunal and be found guilty.
