The readers of the RX have had their intelligence insulted enough in the last one week plus with their changing list of promises.
It is very plain to see that Scotty and Bill have no insight has to when anybody will get paid.

Dante/Fish.. I am almost certain that this is how it will play out with PanAm.
1. They will not be making any further announcements concerning payments on the forums.
2. Although there is money allocated to pay the players, they don't have access to it as the shareholders continue to battle within.
3. The shareholders/investors don't care about what is going on in the forums or the players for that matter.
4. Players will eventually get paid regardless of the outcome of the Super Bowl, and the key word is EVENTUALLY.
5. Pan Am will no longer look to the forums for advertising and customer acquisitions.
6. If they are to continue to operate, they will be required by the government to go full escrow in order to protect players. (The bond if it even exists protects locals (creditors) first before a player would even see a dime if they went under.
That more or less is what you can expect in the days and weeks to come.
