However, there is no more need to be led on day after day after day about when PAYMENT WILL BE RECIEVED!!!

Not saying it is, but it would start beginning to look like a stall tactic till after the BIG GAME if everyone was not paid in full by tommorow by noon EST.

Yep thats the bad part of this for Scotty, he gets it from both ends. He probably hears about it from the investors and then gets slaughtered here in the forums as well. I can't blame the players though, hell it's aggravating as hell and they need to vent. Especially when what you are told doesn't happen. Unfortunately for him Scotty is the only one here to face the music. I have a feeling though the last guy responsible for any of this is Scotty, just passing on what he is told.

Pat, respect your opinion as always, but IF ( emphasis on IF) it turns out that Scotty has lied to us about the situation then he is guilty as charged. As guilty as the thieves who stole the money? I dunno, but does it really matter who's the bigger schyster at that point?
No matter what the turnout is, he's certainly no Rick (Allworld) who, while the same kind of shite was shaking down at his book DID actually close the doors to deposits and stopped taking bets.

so after all this is fixed (all players paid) he will probably quit... as an employee why would he want to stick around with such a fickle bunch of investors... I wouldn't.
