I'm sorry, but I know that this guy is scum, and took two lives, but I don't see how anyone can say someone else deserves to die. In my opinion, a life is a life and God is the only one who has the right to give it and take it away.

Peterson doesn't deserve to live and get to play Madden and smoke pot. Too bad it won't happen in less than 10 years if ever.

Game..Federal Prison for someone like him wouldn't have been like how you described, they have their own justice in their. I just wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I tried to justify murder with murder. Also, as a pro-lifer, I would find myself to be somewhat hypocrtical supporting the death penalty.

Lawrence,

I respect your opinion and beliefs. Peterson would live a decent life in prison, yes confined but he would not go without. Death is appropriate for the murder of his wife and child.

It's always good to see a pro-lifer who is consistant, thanks for that Lawrence.

I'm pro-life for the innocent baby, not for a woman and baby killer. It's real simple.

He is not going to federal prison - this is a state crime - he was charged by the State of California not the United States of America - he is going to San Quentin - he is FVCKED - even worse he is on death row with 633 of the worst animals one can imagine.

With that said - he is a murderer without a doubt but I do not believe he deserved the death penalty - people kill their spouses all the time - the child was unborn so I personally don't consider that to be much of an aggravating circumstance - I can think of 100x worse crimes where the death penalty would be more appropriate - regardless, he screwed up that girl's family and he is paying for it.

The next guy scheduled to die in San Quentin has been on death row for 20 years so this guy has a long time to go.

No one will ever accuse you of not being simple.
