Although I still use my cell to call and it works there you can also use your home phone to use it.

Try This

When calling from your home number listen to the FULL recording, right to the end of it where they give you the long distance number. After listening to all of it you can then hang up and call the same number again but this time it should work each and every time for the remainder of the day. This has worked for me up until now.
