39-40-1 so far and I have a card that I feel really good about.
Umass -1, Lets start off with the fact that Lasalle is ranked 227 in the country and have a 3-7 record at home. Umass needs this win to wrap up their first winning season since the Bruiser Flint years. Umass needs this win more for postseason consideration and the Explorers are better on the road all this adds up to a convincing Umass win.
Bama -8.5, Can the Gamecocks win back to back big games. They played their absolute best against Kentucky this week and I do not see that happening here against the Tide. Bama is 12-0 at home this year and have a track record of smashing people on their home court (Miss St. by 49 this year). The Gamecocks are 1-4 on the road in the SEC this year, make it 1-5, the Tide will roll.
Ok St. -9.5, Again going with the S.Carolina philosophy, can Tex. Tech compete in back to back mega games. They played great, took KU to 2ot's and won. They may be out of gas and not ready to face a team that is 11-0 at home, beat them in Lubbock by 10, and whose lowest margin of victory at home this year is 10, The Cowboys will wear them down in the second half and win by 15.
Vanderbilt -5, Love the homecourt here. Arkansas is very erratic and that inconsistency will not serve them well on one of the toughest home courts in all of college hoop. The Commodores will be flyin, shootin the 3, and running the floor, this will be a solid Vandy win by double digits. Good Luck and FREAKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
