I played Syracuse +9, the line is just beggin for irish love. Syracuse is pretty bad but there is some reason that line is so low, should be at least 14-15 in my opinion. basically a fade the public type play. Also I think ND is very overrated team who plays a weak schedule. imo def not a top 15 team
