YTD 10-11
SIDES 6-6
TOTALS 4-5
Won last time out here with Airforce.
Wisconsin has been struggling offensively and have been flipflopping Qbs looking for a spark. Today's start goes to Dustin Sherer 52.8%, 304 YDS, 5.74 Y/A, 0/3 TD/INT.
I like the UNDER here but I'm hesitant due to Wisconsin's defensive collapse the last 2 games (38 and 48 points given up)and having an Offensive Illinois team coming in (500+ yds per game last 2).
Reading the following below from Badger news:
"...The University of Wisconsin football team's offense is lacking big plays. It is also lacking the consistency it takes to put together long scoring drives.
It's a lethal combination.
"The frustration's just in the bottom lines," Paul Chryst said of what has been the least-productive five-game stretch in his four years as UW's offensive coordinator. "(The) offense's job is to score points and we're not doing that. Our job is to help the team win and I don't think we're doing that."
The Badgers have averaged 15.6 points over the last five games. They have managed only two offensive touchdowns in their last eight quarters.
"We're having a hard time right now going and taking it 80 (yards)," Chryst said.
They haven't been any more successful at quick strikes.
They have had just two scoring plays of longer than 20 yards in the five games..."
puts me on the only logical play:
Wisky Team Total UNDER 26'
The only Illinois defensive strenght appears to be QB sacks.
