Sirius gets national broadcast rights to all regular season NFL games, as well as select preseason and playoff contests. It also becomes the official satellite radio provider of the NFL.

I just saw this post and checked it out on their site. It says they broadcast NBA, NFL and NHL all for free. Damn, I bought an 04 Grand Prix and thought XM Radio was cool. Looks like I will be buying a sirius subscription next fall. Too cool

Hey G Money..I own SIRI also. Got in @ 1.05. Also own XMSR, the news on the NFL really hasn't helped SIRI that much, but I do think the coverage initiated on SIRI by Stifel Nicolaus as a strong buy was a great start. The NFL news should definitely help their subscription numbers though. Good Luck

From what I've read,they overpaid for the NFL rights. I want to get Sirius,but I'm afraid they will be bankrupt in the next year and then I will have to pay to have XM installed. I wonder if XM would buy out Sirius and make an offer to their customers??

SIRUS HAS ADDED OVER 200K SUBSCRIPTIONS THIS YEAR. AS SATELLITE RADIO GET INSTALLED IN MORE AND MORE CARS IT WILL ONLY GROW. NOW WILL IT BE XM OR SIRUS IT IS ANYONES GUESS....I THINK WITH IN 1 YR THE STOCK WILL BE AROUND 6.00
