Not only are the knicks short handed but they are undersized. Their tallest player is 6'9'' david lee and their best player is probably 5'9'' nate robertson. Wizards have to be thinking this is a must win game. I think wizards are fortunate enough to get a winnable game due to circumstances and I'll be smart enough to take advantage of it. These two have already played this season. NY took a 114-108 win in the verizon center but got big games from their two best players who are no longer with the team. 47 points, 9 assists, 14 rebounds and 35 field goal attempts are now gone from this matchup. Thats too much to over come especially when they gave up 108 points. Knicks put up 87 last night having only 7 players able to play and shouldnt do much better in a b2b situation. Wizards for the first time this season wont be the worse team on the court. They are hungry for a win and it showed last night leading for the majority of their game against houston. I think McGee, wizards 7 footer who they drafted 18th overall will have a huge advantage going against this knicks front court and an already bad knicks defense should get worse. Knicks dont have many fouls to go around so wont be able to be as aggressive. Caron and Jamison will exploit that and try to get their team a desperately needed victory.
