Thought I posted it earlier but don't see it anywhere? Must be losing my mind. I'll go with the # available now and be happy...

Santa Clara +2.5

Wrong team favored here. Leans on ODU, Wake and Canisius. Good luck men.

Wrong team guys??? Have you ever been to Eastern Washington to a game. They have a home court advantage akin to Gonzaga. It's in the middle of nowhere and a tough place to play. And Santa Clara really ain't all that good.

I'm on the Eagles here tonight, Alvin Snow should neutralize Kyle Bailey and get some hoops of his own. Do you actually watch the teams or do you make your picks out of thin air?

I just make mine out of thin air, LOL. If you are on the other side I am sure I got it wrong, oh well I'll make it up tomorrow.

Eastern Washington has been Berry Berry good to me and I'm gonna ride that horse until she bucks me.

EWU should have beaten Oklahoma and they'll handle Santa Clara minus Steve Nash tonight.

No disrespect intended as you guys are all very solid cappers, but I got to agree with Doberman on this one -- I live up in the great state of Washington and can confirm that Eastern does possess a strong home court advantage. The Eagles are better than their record shows and beat up a decent U of Denver team -- they held a double digit lead nearly the whole game and the final score is not indicative of how one-sided the game was.

The only thing that prevents me from unloading on Eastern is the potential for Santa Clara control both the paint and the glass -- Just my 2 cents....GLTA

A love the friendly tone this thread has taken. Just remember the best capper is wrong 42% of the time. SO who ever is wrong here can just add it to the 42% side.GL to all, I have Santa Clara as well and no I have not seen E. Wash play. But I do know Santa Clara is better then Denver or So Car ST.

Kids like Doberman don't bother me, I've been posting plays for almost 3 years here and seen a lot come and go. Some posters are obvious frauds, some last a while before they get exposed. Either way not many throw them up almost every day in every sport but here I still am. I get these guys about a dozen times or so a year who act like an idiot in your threads trying to beat you. They rarely post their own plays as it's much safer but hope to call you out and catch you on a cold streak. They figure if they can make you look bad that will make them look good if they win.

Like the other punks I almost hope he hits it as they usually move on after a little crowing about how smart he is, at least then they will move on. If they lose it's normally worse, then they will try and make up for it and chase you around another few days until they can finally "beat you". Would be funny if not so pathetic. Pretty bad when you find yourself almost rooting to lose so you can avoid these stalkers. Why bother to post at all?

The guy gave the forum some decent information, he has posted over 700 times in the past some insights on what to expect out of E Washington and their gym. He gave reason to suggest E Washington is a solid play and that the right team is favored. Granted his thin air comment was ignorant but he did a nice job in posting some solid information. I would not call him a punk just becuase he came in and clarified his views of this huge battle out west tonight.

I think McIrish is just upset that somebody FINALLY figured out his system!

McIrish has one of those cash machines in his basement. You know, they use them in casinos and lotteries. They fill it with cash, you stand in the middle...they close the door and turn on the fan...and then you try to grab all the cash as it floats in the "thin air".

But McIrish doesn't fill his machine with cash...he fills it with paper, and he writes a team on every piece of paper. Then he stands in the machine for 30 seconds and tries to grab as many "winners" as he can.

I'm glad that Doberman finally exposed McIrish's dirty secret!

Try - who called him a punk, wouldn't know him from Adam. But to come in people's threads and talk shit to guys like Action about pulling plays out of thin air is what punks do. Understand? I usually laugh these guys off, hope they hit the play and then let them move on. If he bothers Action or a guy of his caliber though it will be unfortunate for all of us. People share things here to try and help people, absolutely no need for that kind of stuff. I know you tried to scam WWTS and I called you on it but that's just my job brother. Don't take it out on me and follow me around hassling me because of it, I have already forgotten it and hope you have to. Thank you.

McIrish, I've been on here awhile now and am not afraid to make my own picks. Go back and look at some of my posts. As for the "out of thin air" comment, I agree it may be a little harsh, but comments like "wrong team is favored here" are very vague. Just give a little reasoning to your selection. I think when I countered your argument, I at least gave a little solid evidence to support my case. I, too, get tired of people coming on here time and again spouting off about how good a capper they are and touting their record. I don't provide such boasts, just give you picks and reasoning for them, and if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I'd like to think I have a few backers here and if they want to piggyback my picks more power to them. I find I usually fade more than ride on the coattails of most of the people who post here, as most provide nothing more than cannon fodder for the sportsbooks.
Good luck, my friend, and with that I'm off to go double up on Eastern Washington.

Congrats you winners, GREAT CALL!! Differing opinions are why we are here, no one should have problems with that. Let's just remember to work the books over instead of bickering with each other. Better to keep things as positive as we can here.

Now let's get it back tomorrow.

No gloating necessary here, just wish I could have shared my opinion before you would have made your bet. As a fellow Irishman, we could make up and share a Guiness (although I'm abstaining from alcohol right now, just the expression). Of course, I'll buy since EWU covered. (Oops, that's gloating isn't it?)

Green,

Nice call on EWU, will remember this info for future. By the way I think I do remember that gym, wasn't the finals for the conference championship held there last year? I do remember it being a big plus of EWU. GL, I like to see both sides of plays in threads just do it respectfully, remember none of us are getting paid to post plays.justmyopinion GL
