Make sure your book pays out full track odds... Many offshores only payout 300-1 on most exotics... 5Dimes is one of the few that pays out full track odds and I believe offers .50 cent supers...

I currently utilize BetJam, Greek and Bookmaker... I'm putting together some bankroll to open a Horse account at 5Dimes because of their full track payouts and .25 supers.. Scored that big $1,100 super last month from Joey and BetJam made good on the full amount b/c they had no language in their payouts addressing super payouts.. Had it been a trifecta, they would have only paid me 300-1..

Regarding the pick4 and pick6 plays... I'm fairly sure that the 400k payout refers to the standard $2 wager (unless stated otherwise). I would email 5dimes CS for their payout rules on those exotics to remove any doubt....BOL...
