Sanctuary Cities ! won't this affect tourism in the long run ?

The question was posed as "long run", while the issue is in it's infancy.

I can only speak for myself. I will always frequent places like NYC and Boston and DC, I won't go out of my way to visit Chicago, I'll choose other options.

However, I can't call that a boycott, just another choice.

Chicago is just an example of what can happen.... I have flown into Chicago several times over the years.. I can't come up with a good reason under the present circumstances to visit their again...I can't see how this sanctuary city policy doesn't affect tourism in the long run with cities that follow this.
