Philly gets a couple of lucky wins like this every year it seems, meanwhile SD continues to be snakebit. THey are one of the top teams in the NFL but their record doesn't show that. Philly facemasked McArdell on that first int. in 1st half, that should have been SD ball 1st and 10 instead of Philly score. The ending was very frustrating for SD fans, they get the 1st down in FG range with plenty of time but get the ball ripped out, shame on Caldwell btw, but with another stroke of bad luck the ump ruled the ball for Philly. Usually it seems when its that close, and replay showed how close it was, the umps give posession to team on offense. IF they ruled it for SD, game goes to OT. McNabb had a terrible game management-wise but his gaudy stats will bail him out and his many mistakes will be forgotten. Once again, McNabb did not manage the clock properly while in 2 min. offense and squandered chance for at least 3. Why didnt he take 2 or 3 shots into end zone inside 20 and if they miss kick FG!?! I've seen McNabb do this a few times now and it is THE cardinal sin of a QB. Credit to Philly on shutting down LDT and good TD routine by TO...
