Ryan Bader vs. Vinicius Magalhaes

Ryan Bader is a wrestler with Record 7 - 0 - 0 (Win - Loss - Draw)
Wins 3 (T)KOs ( 42.86 %)
3 Submissions ( 42.86 %)
1 Decisions ( 14.29 %)

Vinicius Magalhaes is a BJJ black belt and BJJ World Champion with MMA record 2 - 2 - 0 (Win - Loss - Draw) ( 1 NC )
Wins 2 Submissions ( 100 %)
Losses 1 Submissions ( 50 %)
1 Decisions ( 50 %)

Well, I usually bet on the submission fighters, but not this time. First of all it's not to smart to bet vs so strong wrestler like Bader, especially at 1.53. If Vinny want to win he must take Bader to the ground, and that will be very dificult for him. In the stand up I'm giving credit to the Ryan, Vinnys striking is a little bit panic and he very afraid of the exchanges. There is a big Vinny hype, lot of TUF noobs betting on him so that's why he is such a favourite. Only one way for Vinny to win is a submission but I just don't think that he will be able to take down Ryan and work on the sub.

Pick: Ryan Bader
odds: 2.77
stake: 10/10

Phillipe Nover vs. Efrain Escudero

Philipe is a BJJ black belt with MMA Record 5 - 0 - 1 (Win - Loss - Draw)
Wins 1 (T)KOs ( 20 %)
3 Submissions ( 60 %)
1 Decisions ( 20 %)

Efrain is a wrestler with perfect Record 10 - 0 - 0 (Win - Loss - Draw)
Wins 9 Submissions ( 90 %)
1 Decisions ( 10 %)

It's another value bet in my opinion. Philipe is unexpectable and he is very good in standup and on the ground. But those two boys were in one team in TUF house and sparingparthers. So they know each other very well. Philipe is 1.27 at pinnacle and also lot of TUF noobs is beetting on him. I'm giving here 50/50 % and I'm risking here 5 units hoping that Efrain will take this fight via decision.

Pick: Efrain Escudero
odds: 4.37
stake: 5/10

Kevin Burns vs. Anthony Johnson

Well Johnson is here a favourite but I must give a try to Burns. Burns is to solid and complete. Also Johnson might take fight lightly having in mind their last fight where he was winning until he was accidentally poked in the eye.
Kevin is a young prospect with solid stand up and great submission game (he finished by triangle choke Roan Carneiro!). Johnson is a stand up fighter and he is very passive on the ground. Small stake, just for some action, and I hope that Burns will submit Johnson.

Pick: Kevin Burns
odds: 3.5
stake: 3/10

Jason MacDonald vs. Wilson Gouveia

I'm going here with MacDonald, and thats why:

- he have better ground game and takedowns
- he is more technical striker
- Wilson have weak takedown defense
- Jason have better cardio and his opponent failed to make weight for this fight
- overall I think MacDonald is better fighter

Full stake10/10

Pick: Jason Macdonald
odds: 2.05
stake: 10/10

Junie Allen Browning vs. David Kaplan

Well I never would put a single polish zloty on a fighter like Junie. I just don't trust him, it's better to bet against him.

Pick: David Kaplan
odds: 3.71
stake: 1/10

Good Luck

Do you handicap the fights or just automatically take the underdog?

Whatsup with all the dogs? Vinnys BJJ is world class, once he gets bader down to the ground submission is there. Vinnys standup is no sneeze either hes been working hard and its much improved. Efrain over nover? Nover is a straight stud hes favored so big for a reason....be careful, yeah the $$$ is with the dog but that doesnt mean they will win.

Preety nice, I would be very happy if MacDonald also won, but he got caught while working on a takedown.

Bader KO'ed Vinnie in the first round

Efrain as I predicted won via decision.

Handicap means to look at both fighters and compare strengths & weaknesses to help decide who you think will win.

So as you can see I'm handicaping, all picks have short analysis. I like to take underdogs - it's mma and anything can happen. Best value and more satisfaction :)
I'm taking big favourites to my game from 100 to 1.000 at my site
