Have used some of your info in capping lately. System has been solid with some exceptions. How long have you utilized this format and how do you tweak it from week to week and year to year. Thanks for your contributions!

when the system and the trends line up, that's when i love the plays, last week it did'nt happen except for the dallas game, this week only a couple line up, and the last 2 weeks of the season are always ridiculously hard to cap, you never really get what you see.
