Good question. There are several factors that went into consideration ...
The books shown are all advertisers (i believe) that have the ability to give us the necessary data for the feed. Some books had similiar feeds ready, available IT resources, etc ...
Some books simply didn't have the ability to produce the feed and others are working on it as we speak and some others have it slated in over the next few weeks.
These books have been nothing short of AMAZING in terms of their cooperations in making this a reality.
We are currently talking with several books, a few that you will see very soon are Grande, BCBets & Royal ... but trust me - others that haven't been mentioned will be along soon too.
It's great that we have this for MLB, but our real test/goal is to have this baby as BUG-free as possible come football season ...
.. we expect a full slate of books, more features, etc ...

We <only> "pull" the feeds from the books every 30 seconds ... we regenerate our HTML lines page every 10 seconds and we automattically refresh the HTML page every 45 seconds ...
.. these timings are ALL configurable, we'll adjust as we see fit (with experience/feedback)
the answer to your question is the delay varies .. sometimes you'll have a delay anywhere between 1-84 seconds depending on the last feed/refresh .. etc ...
Although, it doesn't meet the top levels of DB (we're not trying to) we do feel that it's a great product for the average user while NOT a complete bandwidth hog.

Excellent start!! You're already ahead of two of the three DB products as far as timeleness of line movements. You'll not catch them in software unless you outspend them. Not necessary however. I'll prove that, but that's for later. Right now DB has better books but you have one of the 'big 5' already. I have a hunch a couple more could be had. Think it through.
