Rx Bash 2009 Sign-in Thread for Posters not staying at The Golden Nugget.

Anyone who is planning on attending The Rx Bash 2009 Reception Dinner at 8PM PDT on August 15th at a Banquet Room on The Convention Level of The South Tower of The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino please sign in here. All of the rooms we reserved this year have been taken and there is a waiting list for cancellations.

Rx Posters who do not have a room can attend the Reception and bring only 1 guest but they must sign in here so we will have an idea as to how many posters and guests will be attending The Reception. The Reception itself will be held in The Bel Air Banquet Room on The Convention Level of The South Tower.


We will have a check in table set up outside the Banquet Room to issue Poster and Guest nametags. There will be signs directing you to the correct Banquet Room as I am not able to find out which one we will be assigned for several more days at which time I will post the name. Last year we had the affair at The Pebble Beach Banquet Room.

Please remember all posters either the group staying at The Golden Nugget or any who plan on attending The Reception Dinner but are not staying at The Golden Nugget can only bring one guest.

All Posters attending the Bash must have Rx.com join dates no later than August 1st 2009.


Note: If you have a reserved room obtained through The Rx.com at The Golden Nugget you do not have to sign in here.


Please indicate if you will be bringing a guest when you sign in here in this thread.

Example: attending with guest or attending alone.

For the record

Any walkins that have not signed up in this thread will not be allowed to attend The Reception Dinner. Please let us know if you are a Las Vegas local or will be in the area next wekend and are planning on attending The Reception Dinner by signing in here in this thread.
Please indicate whether or not you will have a guest with you if possible.

Walk-ins must be Rx Posters, you will need to know your poster name (spelled exactly as you registered it) with a join Date prior to Midnight EDT. August 1st. 2009.

Rx staffers will have a laptop at the welcoming table outside of the Bel Air Banguet Room on the Convention Level of The South Tower of The Golden Nugget to verify posters who are not signed-in here in this thread or registered for a comp room via The Rx.com at The Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. Myself with the help of Sportsavant will decide on wheter or not to allow forgetful posters and their guests in on the spot.

FYI - The reason for all this is we are trying to eliminate gate crashers which has been a problem in the past.

Those posters who have rooms and others who sign-up here will all be listed on our spread sheet and have nametags waiting for them at the Welcome to The Rx Bash Reception Dinner Table just outside the Bel Air Banquet room. Guest will have nametags lettered with "Guest" on them. You will need these tags to obtain complementary cocktails.

Posters and Guests must be seated no later than 8:30PM PDT in order to have a seat for dining and obtaining a name tag (which the bartender will use for identification purposes when mixing your complementary cocktails). Posters and guests all need to be present no later than 8:30PM PDT to be issued a raffle ticket for the thousands of dollars in funds to be given away in our annual Bash raffle and your nametag..

The welcome table and entry doors will close at 8:30PM PDT sharp.
