Also heard that Mendes took a dive against McGregor. He was beating Connor had him on the ground, and all of a sudden Connor gets up and knocks him out. You'll read the conspiracy stuff everywhere after every UFC fight, at least on message boards. If you have a link to a reputable source please do post it.

The Mendes fight looked even fishier. Connor was on the ground getting beat and it looked like Mendes let him get up and knock him out. The fight last night was because of a mental break down. Aldo let Connors trash talk get in his head, he went in there angry wanting to knock Connor out on the first punch. Meanwhile Connor was cool as a cucumber. If Aldo brought his normal A game no doubt he would have won that fight.

In my opinion.....Weidman would lose again to Luke in the rematch.

Also,i believe Rousey will get beat again by Holm in the rematch.

But i do believe that Aldo can beat McGregor in the rematch.

And this is why the UFC is no different than boxing, in certain aspects. The big name fighters, the ones who can bring in the money, are looked out for and protected.

Weidman, the guy who beat Anderson Silva twice, was given FOREVER last night. He took an absolute beating from Rockhold. It should've been stopped in the 3rd rd. Instead, it was allowed to continue, in the hope Weidman would come back.

The stoppage in the Edgar fight was a complete joke. Mendes wasn't even hurt that bad.
