Royal just paid me 5 digits...and I'd never play there again

About one month ago, I requested a five-digit payout from Royal that still left a substantial amount of money in my account.

Unlike the previous times I had called about withdrawals (about three weeks earlier), I wasn't offered any insane promotions, like a 25% bonus with a five-time rollover on the bonus only (I accepted that one) or a 100% bonus with a fifteen-time rollover on the principal and bonus (I accepted that one too.) This time I was just told I'd get a payout.

Yay! That's what I wanted from the start!

But placing winning wagers and fulfilling onerous rollovers were not the hard part about beating Royal -- getting paid my heard-earned wages was. I was put through the runaround repeatedly for the better part of two-weeks, constantly transferred from one representative to another, and given promise after unfulfilled promise of unmet deadlines for payout. It was EXTRAORDINARILY agonizing and annoying, and more than once I thought I just wouldn't get paid.

I kept The General apprised of the whole thing...sending him a day-by-day account of my conversations with the friendly, and ever-changing reps at Royal, but he did not, as far as I know, intercede.

Finally, 12 days after I started making my regular requests for a payout, I was put in touch with Richard, who's apparently one of the higher ups at Royal, and who posts sometimes on this board. To his credit, he was very helpful and understanding, and did finally process my payout, albeit in daily installments, with the first one arriving in my Neteller a full 13 days after the original request.

Richard was indeed responsive and got me paid. But it's absolutely ludicrous that it took 12 days of calling and haranguing before I finally was put in touch with someone with the authority to process what books are supposed to process: payouts! He's a standup guy working for an atrocious company, and they have completely lost my business.

They should lose yours too.

In the past year, how many reports have we heard of withdrawls taking 5-30 days to process at ROYAL before a player gets paid?

Definetly a moderate to high-risk book to have funds with at this time given these circumstances and others.................risks I understand some are willing to take here at the RX, while others here want no part of.

13 days for a Neteller payout...I didn't realize it was taking them that long to get enough deposits to cover a payout these days. Sorry to hear about your experience...sadly, it is normal with that crap book.

There are lots of book out there better than royal, unless you have 20+ books there is absolutely no reason to use them. Personally, I will not rejoin them unless there are enormous changes made - including new ownership.

What i don't understand is why Royal does this, are they waiting for funds or do they just want to do things halfassed forever? They do end up paying, but what is the real issue behind these delays?

I wouldn't mind waiting 13 days, if I got 150% bonus (25% initial + 25% + 100%) on my money.

Sounds to me like the bitterness stems more from the fact that they never offered you another bonus to keep your money in the account.

Nope, the rest of the money was subsequently lost...they're not responsible for that and I'm not bitter...I made significant $ from them.

dogs24, glad to hear you finally got paid from Royal Sports after they repeatedly stalled you. Fortunately your name finally rose to the top of the pyramid so you could get paid. The day will come when the deposits stop coming and the pyramid will collapse.
