ive been sitting out the 1st 4 games to observe how things unfold and tho some teams have played 3 games and others less i wanted to share my early thoughts on the season thus far and before i jump in here with those of you whove been betting since day 1.for 3 years this leaguehas been very easy to make money on. the lines were off on most every game.2 things concerned me going into 2005.the 1st being all sports are cyclical. you know that already. but im seeing a shift which may not bode well.detroit at 3-0 is no surprise they always show up. great play reflects thier coach and his style which dominated nicely in his nba career.but indiana at 3-0 is a surprise. the east is now very average and tho holdsclaw is a head case and 1 broken nail shy of wigging out again her exit from washington kills them. out west holdsclaw makes a huge difference on a team already loaded with talent and henry bibby who will win a title there. seattle is defending wnba champoins and with that comes the giant red bullseye and yet they played game 1 oblivious to the fact they are champions. lauren jackson looked FAT...she moved like a glacier and the storm are in trouble. but the line tonight is SEATTLE-1 at home to unbeaten houston. i think theyve had proper time to be pissed at the thrashing they took from the sparks in seattle last game so i will bet storm-1.i hope things go well for you and lets rock the wnba guys!
