bitey had the greatest grad pics! shes so pretty shock! as for my ankle....i saw the dr. today and hes sending me to a foot specialist NEXT WEEK .but recommends i not go back to work the rest of the week.i dont get why everything is NEXT WEEK with doctors.i wish there were a REAL doc here.my fear is if i have to use valuable vacation time to keep my finances in order it could(would)destroy any hopes i have for the bash in vegas.my plan is to report to work tomorrow and fake my way thru the week.i'll gimp around with a splint sleeve on my foot but i have no pain with it on.im not happy right now.lol.:sad3:

i did notice the strange words your posts have after responding. im looking into vacation and sick days tomorrow. i never asked. ive never been hospitalised or really sick in my life. i work out and eat really healthy and ride my mtn bike every weekend 30 miles or more for my cardio workout.crazy huh?

no, i know i have flaws, we all do.but im super active and i do what i can to maintain a tight youthfull body. im a shade over 30 now so it only gets harder from here. im 5ft2 128 and thats a tad more than when i was 21.

just keep doing wat ur doing gurl. Being healthy really is addictive. I started going to the gym regularly about 6 mths ago and now i have given up white bread, sweets and just about all junk food. I live for fruits and vegs. u just feel so much better.
