I think Rove's biggest problems will be in relation the firing of the 9 U.S. Attorney's in 2006. In case anyone didn't notice, The inspector general's investigation concluded about 8 weeks ago. Part of the inspector general's report was that witnesses wouldn't cooperate and he didn't have the power to make them. As a result, a special prosecutor was named and she will have that power and is currently working to get to the bottom of the matter.
