Strike Two(second visit):
I understand mistakes happen, and wouldnt hold it against a waitress for screwing up my bill. But unfortunately since she screwed up somebody elses bill who was not quite as understanding as I, she was too busy pouting in the corner while all the other employees were either engaged with the client, helping decipher the bill to notice that we had arrived and were sitting about five feet away. After ten minutes I got my own menu, which I should have done sooner, and waited another fifteen to order my drinks.

Strike Three(third visit):
This day I decided to order burnt onion rings while the chef snacked on chips off our plate while preparing our chips and guacamole. A short while later we were served buffalo wings with a side of veggies with a side of eyelashes and dirt. Thank God Buffalo sauce isnt spicy, otherwise I may have been disappointed that our waitress neglected to ask if we needed a refill on our soft drinks.

In front of the gas station coming into Santa Ana via Calle Vieja. Great selection on the menu, pool tables, just far enough from the centro to keep out the ratas, but the service is lacking big time. And the place quite frankly is not sanitary, just the thought of the cook coming out of that bathroom and going back to work gives me the dryheaves.
