Below is my final post from last season's NCAA hoops:

posted March 14, 2003 07:20 AM
y-t-d (31-18)***** +23.7 units

MEN:
(3)unit plays 4-1---- +8.7 units
(2)unit plays 10-3---- +13.4 units
(1)unit plays 17-13--- +2.7 units

CHIX:
(1)unit plays 0-1--- -1.1 units

Recap: **LOSS(2)units Clemson pk vs Florida St. Clemson blows 8 point halftime lead by starting first seven minutes of 2nd half outscored 15-1. Backcourt of Scott(1st team ACC) and Christie shoot a frigid 5-28 from the field punctuated by an absolute 0-8 from tri city. Glad I didn't watch this carnage. Clemson won TO battle and that should have got it done.

Today: I'd fade me.

***next post in this thread will be my first selection for 2004 Hopefully, I can help contribute. Due to employment situation, I may not post consistently like last year from early Feb thru mid March.****

2 units 0-0
1 unit 0-0

Today:

2 units--So Ill -14.5/ Salukis at home very formidable. Prior meeting this season at Indiana St, So Ill won by 17. This game comes down to one stat for ISU to cover(Sycs have no chance at outright win unless catastrophic injuries, suspensions occur) the spread. ISU must hit their threes on the road against a team that has a 3 pt def FG% of .286. ISU gets 35% of their markers from downtown. So Ill has a much more balanced attack with solid edge on boards and various FG% stats.

Final Salukis 77-57

bluewaterdude:

Right--I stopped posting picks here at conclusion of NCAA reg season/conf tourneys.

Jaypaw: My employment situation is fine except I spend 3.5 hours commuting back and forth to work. Makes getting home and posting plays prior to 7:00 near impossible. I may/probably post next day's picks prior evening without benefit of any late breaking personnel/travel info.
