Nice start Harry. Keep up the great work.
Thank You From our crew~SaintsFan1977 My Friend ~ Best Of Luck To You in Beginning Of NFL Season~SaintsFan1977..... Top plays on the weekend are the ones you really need to go after...How a team will perform against the spread in Following week-of The season is an enormous trap. The fact is isolating road teams, road dogs, non-playoff teams vs. playoff teams and teams with a losing record or low margin vs.ones with a high margin from the previous Week is where the line value resides. It's not the dog in the fight; it's the fight in the dog when it comes to football. Certainly that's how upsets can happen," "You get a big play here and there, you get a loose fumble, pick it up and score, things like that. You generally need to get one or two big breaks to get a big upset. If you can get those and not give the other team anything, it can happen."

hi harry let me ask you a question and before i ask it please readers im not complaining im just curious
i might be your oldest follower at 86 years old
my grandson turned me on to you last year and i followed just betting my 55 and when a press 110
but i noticed something last year and so far this year
it seems that 80 % of your releases as well as the others in your group always seem to bet the favorites
is it just the way your group does things? is it just the way the numbers fall?
do you ever bet dogs?
thanks harry

I will add a thought to you~ ontheoutside~ is it just the way the numbers fall? Its all about the money line and difference from the opening line calculated with the prediction of the closing line. I realize the importance of taking into account the relative strengths of schedules when evaluating match ups. I would add that, when determining the strength of the schedule of a team, one should not only be looking at that team’s opponents during a specified time frame, but also incorporate the strength of schedule of the opponents’ opponents of that team during the specified time. For example, if San Francisco plays Seattle a certain week, one would look at the strength of schedules for each team for a given time period (season to date, last 4 games, etc.) Let’s say, all stats being equal and based on the opponent performance, it is determined that SF had the tougher strength of schedule. But what if, during the specified time frame, SF’s opponents all did well against below average, or weak teams. Then, let’s say Seattle’s opponents during that time frame were forced to play top tier teams and didn’t perform as well.Just one of evaluations we as crew and J.J. Bascus power rating applies ontheoutside. Looking at all different perspectives to win our bets ontheoutside
During the time frame Seattle’s opponents appear to be weaker, giving Seattle the weaker strength of schedule ontheoutside. In actuality, it was the tougher “opponents’ strength of schedule” that caused this result. If you correctly account for the strength of schedule of the opponents you are using to calculate the strength of schedule of a team you are handicapping your conclusions are not only more precise, they are closer to reality. The closer your opinion of a game is to reality, the better you are able to stand that opinion up against the market to see if you have a bet. It's a matter of keeping up, staying flexible and not trapping yourself into one strategy or line of thought. Utilizing a system that takes into account home-field advantage, overall performance, strength of schedule and margin of victory, If you do that, you'll put yourself into a position where you can succeed in your elimination of weekly team games and bring in those fat stacks of cash. I Use money lines as a evaluation, with and against the point spreads, Weather, injures, J.J. Bascus Power ratings, Defense and Offense analyzes, Team coaches comparisons]

NO ripper !!![ Using past stat's on teams that play each other on over and under total points of the game, in our option as a crew, is like trowing a dart at the dart board trying to hit bulls-eye. Good Luck This Season On Your Picks & Bets ripper

Glad you guys kicked ass, congrats
Good start for us on the opener Grindstone30 very righteous. A real big pool bet on a press that started things for us Grindstone30 and all other games we won. That's why we all did not to bet Monday Nights Games. We need stat.s for the 4 teams playing and looking down the road Sunday Grindstone30. Reviewing all our stat's, complying data on all aspect's,all different avenue's,and perspective's of the games before we make our picks. That includes with J.J. and Smitty,s Power Ratings and analysis of each game Grindstone30. Best of luck to you my friend in up-coming season from the crew
