Here I am thinking I was just going to watch this game tonight then had some down time and capped this game. West Virginia will get back on their feet tonight. They stumbled with their new offense with a fast East Carolina defense. Now they are traveling to Colorado for the very first time and will be on national TV. I see the Buffs facing additional growing pains here, and in particular may find it difficult solving West Virginia’s unusual 3-3-5 defensive scheme. West Virginia will have Colorado in a lot of 3rd and longs with no trouble stopping their piss more running game (2.7 yard average). They will blitz from anywhere confusing Hopkins. I will never bet on a team that can’t run.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Mountaineers

West Virginia (-3 Points) at Colorado

There are three reasons why West Virginia should win a close game against Colorado Thursday evening. First, the Mountaineers returns the best offensive line in college football from a year ago-EVERYONE! Next, their Heisman Trophy candidate QB, Pat White, is probably one of the nation’s best “combo-quarterbacks” (running and passing). And third, West Virginia has the best kicker (Pat McAfee) in the nation. His head coach says the Lou Groza semi-finalist from a year ago “has the strongest leg in the country”. Blue-chip RB Noel Divine along with White are two of college football’s fastest men. Meanwhile, Colorado must replace All-American LB, Jordon Dixon and replace both graduating cornerbacks. Colorado does return 8 on defense and retains a good QB in Cody Hawkins. However, Colorado’s leading returning rusher from a year ago rushed for only 335 yards and their leading receiver from last year who is now starting only caught passes totaling 550 yards. If West Virginia’s defense comes up big against Hawkins, West Virginia should win the game rather easily because of their offensive front and speed at the skill positions. If it’s a closer game, look for McAfee’s leg to make the difference.

Lmfao!

Who really cares? I'm in this forum to make CASH from the bookies. What are you here for?

You have have way too much time on your hand playing moral police.

I get the SAME EXACT INFO you get, gmoney!

However, the way I get it is far different from the way you get it. A friend of mine emails me the plays and writeups each week. Does a cut and paste. He pays for them and shares them with me. Difference between you an me is that I get these plays FREE from my friend. I do NOT pay one red cent.

I never bother to even ask the name of the true author. Who gives a damn? I don't. Especially if they win. He just sends me a list of writeups and plays. I just pass the writeups and plays here on the forum if I think they can help.

THE BIGGER QUESTION IS THIS: Why don't you be more SPECIFIC and name the author? You obviously know. I sure the hell don't.

Please clear things up once and for all so I can give credit where credit is due.

Why haven't you been specific and named the author instead of a vague "your guys?" :nono5:

"Your guys?" You pay for the play. How are they "your guys?" They are not associated in any way shape or form with you. Do you break bread with them? You friends with them? NO WAY! You just PAY! :nono5:

YOU JUST PUT THE MOTHER OF ALL JINXES ON THIS PLAY! :madasshol

Ok

You are 100% positive this is Adam Meyer who wrote this? I do not have access to the pay section of his site to compare writeups.

I'll ask my friend who emails me the writeups/plays to verify this is indeed the paysite he uses.

Seriously though, you have way too much time on your hand if you police every single post.

I don't want to engage in a protracted flame war with you on this. :bitch: It's a complete waste of my time. Like I said before, I'm here at the Rx to make CASH from the bookies and help others in any way I can.

If this is indeed Adam Meyer's work, and I post it, from this point forward I will give him 100% credit.

However, I expect to see the same from you.

No more, "my guys gave this to me," OK?

Instead, I'll expect you to write, "Adam Meyers of www.adamwins.com gave this to me."

Deal? I'm sure we will be monitoring each other's posts from now on to insure compliance. What a utter waste of time, but you started this nonsense.

Seriously, I really hope you didn't jinx this West Virginia play though.

Happy trails! :drink:

It's him. Here's the rest of his play this weekend for college.

Baylor at Connecticut

Baylor’s defensive front was just too aggressive for Washington State to handle this past weekend, as they collected 7 sacks in the win. The Bears’ defense has done a great job against the run all year, limiting the opposition to just 95 ypg on a paltry 2.4 ypg. The rub here is that U. Conn’s offensive success depends on the run. Its defense is allowing just 7. 3 ppg. The Huskies are also playing tough defense against the run this season. This type of tough defense will surely lead to a clash of wills on the offensive and defensive lines this Friday evening. The tendency here is for an “under “play in this ball game. In fact, U. Conn has played under the total in 13 of its last 18 non-conference games, while Baylor tends to score poorly against better winning teams.

PLAY: Under 51 Points

Alabama (-9.5 Points) at Arkansas

Arkansas’ luck just ran out! Thanks to Hurricane Ike, they did NOT have to play TEXAS last week and get exposed for the frauds they are on the road. Instead, Alabama will expose them in front of their home fans on Saturday afternoon. While going 2-0, Arkansas has beaten FCS foe Western Illinois, 28-24, and squeaked by Louisiana-Monroe, 28-27.Alabama crushed Clemson, one of the better teams in the nation, and thrashed a weak Western Kentucky squad. This is a total mismatch, as Alabama’s defense will throttle a mediocre Razorbacks’ offense. When ‘Bama has the ball, look for RB, Glenn Coffee to run well against an undersized Arkansas defense and for QB, John Parker Wilson, to oversee a well-balanced, efficient offense.

PLAY: Alabama (-9.5 Points)

[Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 1:00 PM Eastern]
Akron (-10.5 Points) at Army

While losing to one of the better “unknown” teams in America (BALL STATE), the Zips still ran up 418 yards of offense. They remain one of the better MAC teams. QB Chris Jacquemain played well in that one. Army is no Ball State-not even close-and has trouble scoring (just 17 points in its first 2 games). An Army team who lost to New Hampshire by 18 points is clearly outclassed here.

PLAY: Akron (-10.5 Points)

[Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 4:00 PM Eastern]
Utah (-7.5 Points) at Air Force

If Air Force could pass the ball they might have a good chance in this game. They can’t-and don’t! While both teams have gone unbeaten so far in this young season, it’s the Utes who have really improved, especially on offense. They humiliated their interstate rival, Utah State, last week 58-10. Air Force squeaked out a 3-point win over a feisty Houston team. Utah had the more-balanced offense, with experienced QB, Brian Johnson leading the team. Air Force CANNOT pass the ball, averaging a mere 30 ypg. through the air-and ranks DEAD LAST in college football. Against a good team like Utah, who is limiting opposing teams to JUST 64 YPG RUSHING, Air Force should be grounded.

PLAY: Utah (-7.5 Points)

[Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 7:00 PM Eastern]
Tulsa (-10.5 Points) vs. New Mexico

Home sweet home! Tulsa’s high –flying offensive juggernaut gets to play for the first time in front of its home crowd. Expect the Golden Hurricanes to score early and often under the guidance of QB David Johnson, who has completed 78.9% of his passes so far this year. Conversely, this is the first road game for the Lobos. They face a Tulsa team who usually leads the nation in yards per game (they’re currently third). New Mexico will keep the game close ONLY if RB Rodney Ferguson has a big game. However, look for Tulsa to outscore the opposition at home by at least 2 touchdowns.

PLAY: Tulsa (-10.5 Points)

[Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 8:15 PM Eastern]
Fresno State (-7 Points) at Toledo

Coach Pat Hill of Fresno State has already warned his team about a drop-off in play this week after that tough loss.13-10, to a top-20 Wisconsin team. In their last meeting, in2005, Fresno State hammered Toledo, 44-14. QB Tom Brandstater for Fresno should have a good day passing against a Rockets squad not known for great pass defense so far this year. His top receiver, Devin Wylie, should have a big game, too, because he’s faster than most of the Toledo secondary. Toledo is averaging just 142ypg. Through the air. Offensively, Toledo is LAST in the MAC conference in total offense, averaging just 295.5 ypg. Remembering what Fresno State did to Rutgers offensively and to Wisconsin defensively (holding the Badgers to gust 13 points), the play here is the better Fresno State team.

PLAY: Fresno State (-7 Points)
