If he's so stupid, how did he beat two of the Democrats brightest and best in Gore and Kerry?

How has he maintained the integrity of the office in the face of ferocious onslaughts from the Democrat smear machine?

The argument that Rove and Cheney and Rumsfeld and Rice are really in charge doesn't fly, because Bush chose them; a stupid man couldn't make such great choices.
