Republican Pundits - Any Chance McCain Cedes the Nomination?

To my Politico Pundit friends who are inclined to vote Republican this fall come Hell or high water, any chance at all that come convention time, the faithful call for a different nominee?

I'm yet to find any Republicans who seem able to muster up much enthusiasm for McCain and he sure increasingly looks to be a Bob Dole sacrificial lamb.

That said, I can't believe the Republican party will roll over with a non-incumbent running on the Democrat side.

The man released a 1200 page report on his health going back the last 8 years...thats one thousand two hundred pages.

If they were offering odds on if this guy will have a rage filled temper trantrum that will kill his campaign instantly, or that he will develop some disease or even stroke and drop out of the race by november i would definately bet it a -200:grandmais

His medical records were released to a select group of reporter between 7-10am on a Friday in Phoenix ... no reports could leave the room or be copied ...

They wont release his psychiatric records ... as Ron White would say about that: THERE'S SOME GOOD NEWS !!

I've said for months I think McCain does pull out for "health reasons" ...
lot of folks have looked at his "signs" and they think he has Bells Palsy (??)

He will lose independents, moderate dems and some moderate republicans to Obama and the lethal blow will be the base staying home ... hell he cant even get Dobson's blessing and Obama is eating into the Valued Evangelical base

Barman ... I said this numerous times "across the street" in the Sean Hannity run Political Forum (aka ... Hoffa) that McCain does resign and the GOP tries to energize the base with Romney

McCain looks like shit ... imagine him taking on Obama in debates???
