i wouldnt want him as my starter. titans had a good year from their defense and run game. collins job was similar to trent dilfers on the ravens in 2000

This guy is a borderline starter who wants more then one of the most accomplished quarterbacks the last 10 years?

The guy had 12 touchdowns to 7 interceptions last year (compared to Warner who threw 30 TDs) and this is the most productive the 36-year old has been in the last 3 seasons.
