This is what I'm seeing on most betting sites:
Major League Baseball games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4½ innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which the game was suspended. In that case the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game is called. (This rule holds for betting purposes even if the game is suspended and /or completed on a different day than it began).
Last full inning was the 7th with Cincy up 4-3.

Guess it is official with the books but won't be a final till after it is completed today. Looks like Total on game is under 7.5??
Will pitcher Sims having faced 2 batters in 8th need to pitch to at least 1 more according to new rule... Don't recall this happening before??

Yes Sims pitched today! Another rule change runner on 2nd base to start extra inning. Both dumb. Rule change that should've been made is to use strike box instead of umpire calling Balls/Strikes!
