Sorry for the lack of interest here lately......my Alma Mater and my daughters high school football team are in the midst of an incredible football run, and after 3 Rounds of Playoffs we are headed home for the Semi-Finals the Friday after Thanksgiving to play the #1 Team in the State. Talk about Heart....this team has it. We lost 1 RB to a leg injury the 1st play of the game and our best RB went down as well with a sprained ankle. The QB responded with with almost 400 combined total yards and 32 2nd half points. Great football is fun to watch on any level.

I thought this to be a great week early on so I am cramming, but headed to my daughters Regional Cheer Competition at noon. Some things are more important. I will post any plays soon.

Under 55 Iowa for 2 Units.

I look for Iowa to play keep away from Purdue and in addition shut down the Boilermaker Offense. The smart move for the Coach here is to run the ball and clock, make a statement on Defense, minimize injuries, shorten the game and get back to the locker room.

Cook is banged up, a chance for bad weather, and an MSU that can do nothing but improve after last year's debacle. Meanwhile Ohio St D has only let 3 teams even get into the 20's this season....pretty strong.

1-2. 3 minutes left and Iowa broke a 43 yard run trying to simply run the clock out. Only lost sugar as the Under in Ohio St was a 4 unit play. TCU with Boykin injured has to go old school, slow this game down, play good D and give them a chance.
