McCormick suing to count ballots without signatures or dates is left-wing loony activity. I don't even think a Bernie Bro would suggest you count an undated ballot when there's a very specific law on the books that undated absentee ballots cannot be counted.
bizarroworld. PA doesn't have runoffs but if it was Oz vs McC it would be a runaway win for McCormick as Barnette took a lot of his votes. Many REP just couldn't stomach voting for Dr Oz who counts Jussie Smollet and Mike Obama as deep, personal friendships. In a runoff all the folks that voted for Barnette, like myself, would be on the McC train but that doesn't excuse his actions in this lawsuit.
I didn't really like any of the choices but they are all better than inserting a straight-up Communist like Fetterman. Shows you how much this nation has devolved when the best the libs can come up with is a card-carrying Red
