Usually 19, 20 and 21 inch TV's are the same, some manufacturers measure start the measurement from a different part of the Screens corner. In Canada, they are required to measure from the corner of the glass and not the frame. So a 19" or a 27" tv is the same as 21" or 29" in the US or Costa Rica.
