People don't wanna deal with shit. Pharma is a business and they are making money cuz folks would rather take a pill then do anything. People will take the easy route and pharma will make a mint.

Personal accountability (and in this case trulicity used in the treatment of diabetes) ....no one wants to hear their fat (in those cases , which are MOST environmental factors lay huge), to change your lifestyle , habits. So what is the doc to do about their disturbing A1c level? pharma of course. Does he have a choice?....if something goes wrong with the med? well, sue of course...
