Fairdeal is pretty good. I used them for awhile but VIP eventually told me I could only use one book under their umbrella so I settled on BetonGames.

They had some nice opinionated lines on bases last year (although the same crappy layout as all the VIP books).

I think the main reason I chose BOG was Fairdeal wasn't using Neteller at the time. I don't know if they are now.
