Went 2-1 posted yesterday. Forgot FAU, which was a system play, so officially system goes 3-1, but 2-1 posted will do!

NO STREAKS System plays today.

I'm not very happy about this. I don't want to venture into the uncharted territories of "real handicapping" - I like my cozy little system, lol. OH well. Trudge on.

One game I am looking at:

William and Mary @ Hofstra -16

Bill and the Hoe have gotten killed on the road every game they've played. Its not hard to imagine when you realize they only score 58 on the road and allow 83! Hofstra covered their last home game, tanked one on the road, and then won their next road game ATS. Now, back at home, hopefully this will be a springboard game for them. I see this line rising to -17 or -17.5 before game time. Hofstra by 23.

Thoughts always appreciated, guys. Hopefully we'll have some system plays on Tuesday.

*****CURRENT SYSTEM RECORD*****
Group A: 40-22
Group B: 26-20-1
Overall: :suomi: 66-42-1:suomi:

Who cares about real handicapping! The $$$$ is more important!

Keep up the good work.

Spades - thanks, man. What will do without system plays, though? Lol.

One more I want some input on:

Butler @ Wisconsin Green Bay -7

Only 7 points? You have to be kidding. This will be Butler's third road game in 4 friggin days. The first one they lost at Cleveland St by 20 as -1.5 pt faves, and on Saturday, their second game, they were humbled by UIC 73-49. Now they go to Wisconsin, where Wisky Green Bay, safe at home in their gym, is fresh off three straight up wins as underdogs: 1, 9, and 5 pts respectively. They are en fuego, to say the least.

One more telling stat: Butler has averaged only 19 boards a game their last 5. Nineteen. That is god-awful. They also allow opponents to shoot 54 friggin % away from home. Good God, this should be a blow out. Wiksy Green Bay should peak 80 pts in this game, while Butler should barely eclipse 60.

Thoughts?

I've been fading William & Mary like a bad habit. Those two have been money in the bank most of the year.

James Madison is another clunker...fading both of these teams has been good for my bankroll. They managed to survive the 1st half against Drexel yesterday but still lost by 28 (outscored by 9 in the first and 19 in the 2nd).

I'm already on Hofstra...good luck to us.

Whormoan - this game has me mind-boggled. On paper WGB should crush Butler. However, it seems sharp money is on Butler - 55% of people on Butler yet the line has fallen to -5.5 - very fishy. Here are some other problems:

Sagarin Numbers have Wisky Green Bay favored by about 9.5. Since the actual opening line was 7, thats a 2.5 pt discrpancy. I have a friend who follows these religiously - and here is the deal: when a team like Wisky Green Bay isn't favored by as much as they should, like today, the other team covers over 60% of the time.

Mejia of CBSportsline has picked Butler to win straight up. As he is a 75% straight up picker, if he picks an underdog to win its something to look at.

The line movement, Sagarin numbers, and Mejia pick are enough to get me off this game. I may even make a small play on Butler!

Off the subject, Hofstra line moved like I thought it would. Hofstra will cream Bill and the Hoe.

Good luck, guys.

I can't figure out the Wisc GB line movement either. It is fishy, but I'm on Wisc GB big. The only explanation I have is that it's a revenge game. Wisc GB is a far better team, and Butler is not as good as they usually are. Lets hope for a win here!

Just kidding, man. No plays today, but I've got two for tomorrow to dazzle your bankroll. I'll post them a little later tonight. Good luck, man.

Hofstra needs to get their thumbs out of their vaginas and play some basketball!:hump:
